Refund policy
All sales are final, and are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
We meticulously inspect our items before dispatching them for delivery. However, should you discover a manufacturing defect upon receiving a product, please contact us at hello@itssarva.com within 7 days of receipt.
Eligibility Criteria for Returns: To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Kindly provide proof of purchase or receipt along with photos demonstrating the manufacturing defect.
Refund Procedure: Cash refunds are not available. Refunds will be issued in the form of store credits, valid for two months from the date of purchase.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of courier services for returning items.
Exclusions: We do not accept returns or exchanges for discounted items.
Stock Availability: Exchanges are contingent upon stock availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we will provide store credits equivalent to the amount paid for the defective item.
Delivery Fees: Customers are responsible for all delivery fees associated with the pickup or drop-off of items.
Rejection of Returns: We reserve the right to decline returns that do not adhere to the aforementioned terms.
Please note that this exchange policy is applicable only to orders shipped within Singapore.
